摘要
通过对曹娥江大闸闸底板混凝土及闸墩混凝土施工工艺研究分析,精心设计了混凝土入仓强度为35~40m^3/h的贝雷架组装大跨度龙门吊,成功实现了贝雷架龙门吊在水利工程混凝土施工中的应用;同时在施工中成功实现闸墩大钢模(12m高)一次立模到顶并一次浇筑成型的新工艺,拼缝少且没有横向接缝,确保了工程施工质量,大大缩短了工期。
Through the study and anlysis on the technology of the concrete construction of both the bottom slabs and piers for Caoejiang Sluice, a Beiley crane with large span is elaborately designed for the concrete placement intensity of 35 -40 m^3/h, which successfully realizes the application of Beiley crane to the concrete construction in water control project. At the same time, a new technology of one-time erection of the large formwork( 12 m-high)for the pier construction from bottom to top is realized with less joints and without construction joints, and then the construction quality is ensured and the construction period is greatly shortened as well.
