摘要
国电宿迁热电有限公司2×135MW机组投产后,锅炉实际运行排烟温度远远高于设计值。分析认为其主要原因是对制粉系统掺冷风量大及各段受热面设计存在偏差,对此,提出了锅炉加装部分省煤器和低温过热器的改造方案。实施改造后,热力参数达到了设计值,排烟温度同比下降30℃左右,锅炉效率得到了明显的提高。
After putting HG - 450/13.7 - YM24 boiler of Guodian Suqian Thermal Power Co I.td into operation, the actual exhaust gas temperature of said boiler was more far higher than the designed value. It is believed from analysis that the main cause resulting in high exhaust gas temperature from the boiler to be large flow rate of cooling air mixed into the coal pulverizing system, leading to deviation in designed heating surface. For this, a retrofitling scheme of additionally installing partial economizer and low- temperature superheater to the said boiler has been put forward. After implementation, thermal parameters of the boiler has reached the designed values, the exhaust gas temperature reduced about 30℃, enhancing substantially the boiler efficiency.
