摘要
根据远程学习方式的特点,在兼顾智能化程度与开发成本间的平衡的基础上,提出了一个基于自然语言提问的实用的智能答疑系统实现方案,并分析和研究了其中涉及的关键技术:根据专业词库和常用词库进行自动分词;设计关系词典开展语义分析;采用改进的TF-IDF函数;结合空间向量模型和布尔模型的搜索技术;采用数据挖掘等。
According to the characteristic of distance education, this paper describes a new sort of intelligent question answering system of natural language based on the balance between intellectualization degree and development cost. Considering the special structure of this system, word dividing and language analysis are adopted. An improvement on the traditional TF-IFT formula is made, and vector space search model and Boolean search model are combined to search results. Data mining is also utilized to improve intellectualization degree of the system.
