孙建芝教授辨治病态窦房结综合征经验

Experience of Professor SUN Jian-zhi in treating sick sinus syndrome

文章从学术思想、辨证经验、治疗法则、组方用药4方面对孙建芝教授诊治病态窦房结综合征进行论述。孙教授认为该病的病理基础是阳虚、气虚,遵循"虚者补之"、"寒者热之"、"劳者温之"的原则,提出了"温阳益气法"的总治则;并在临床上将该病分为心阳气虚型、心脾阳虚型、心肾阳虚型、阴阳两虚型4个证型分型论治。

The author of this article discuss the experience of professor SUN Jian-zhi in diagnosing and treating SSS（sick sinus syndrome） from four aspects： the academic ideas,experience of differentiation of symptoms,principle of treatment,combination of prescriptions.Professor Sun thinks that the pathologic foundation of SSS is deficiency of yang and deficiency of qi.Under the principle of ＂treating deficiency syndrome with tonifying method＂,＂treating cold syndrome with hot-natured drugs＂ and ＂treating weakness syndrome with warming method＂,professor Sun pointed out that ＂Warming yang and benefiting qi＂ is the total principle of treatment for SSS.Professor Sun divided SSS into four group： syndrome of deficiency of both yang and qi of heart,syndrome of yang deficiency of heart and spleen,syndrome of yang deficiency of heart and kidney,syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang.
