摘要
当前我国对外承包工程行业所处的市场环境、竞争地位和经营特征决定着该行业急需推动由功能型文化向时效型文化的变革。要塑造这样一种兼具制度保障和灵活反应双重特点的时效型文化,要求我国对外承包工程企业将营销、决策和学习创新活动作为文化变革的核心。
It is urgent for foreign contract industries in China to promote the reformation from functional culture to effective culture, which is determined by its market environment, competitive position and business feature. In order to establish such an effective culture characteristic of both systematical safeguard and flexible reaction, it is vital to take marketing, policy and innovation as the kernels of cultural reformation.
