抗血小板药物研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 近年有关血小板在心脑血管病变发生发展过程中所起的重要作用受到广泛的关注。血小板在血栓形成过程中，特别是动脉血栓和微血管血栓形成中起着关键作用。正常循环血液中血小板处于静息状态。当血管壁受损如动脉硬化斑块破裂暴露血管内皮下基质，血小板就会通过其表面膜糖蛋白（GP）Ib与von Willebrand因子（vWF）结合而黏附于内皮下的胶原组织．
