摘要 本控制器采用四只技术成熟的电阻应变式称重传感器,测量准确度高,稳定性好。将他们安装在工作斗台面下部,检测工作斗台面上的重力,将传感器输出的mV级信号,经过CPU控制箱的四路信号放大电路,送至四通道A/D转换器,由单片微处理器控制A/D转换,并将A/D转换结果读入CPU。经过数据运算处理,得到实际工作斗台面上的重量,并通过操作箱内的LCD屏显示出来,依据载重大小,分别输出相应的安全控制信号。从而控制高空作业车的正常操作,慢速操作,停止操作。 This controller adopts four strain gage-based load cells with mature technique. It is with high accuracy and good stability. Installing the four load cells under the operating and testing the gravity on the top of the platform. Through the four signal amplifying circuit in the CPU control box, the controller will send the signal(grade mV) output by the load cell to the four-input A/D converter. The signal -chip micro-processor will control the A/D converter and input the converting result into the CPU. After the data operation, the actual weight above the platform will be valued and displayed on the LCD screen inside the operating box, respective safe control signal will be output by the controller according loaded value. Therefore, the overhead working truck will be well controlled in terms of normal operation, slow operation and operation termination.
