摘要
本文研究了球等鞭金藻3011和8701一次性培养过程中,培养基中不同磷浓度(0μM、2.27μM、18.15μM、36.3μM、72.6μM、290.4μM)对其PS最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、叶绿素含量以及细胞密度的影响。培养温度为(23±1)℃,盐度为31,光照强度为5000 lx。单因子方差分析结果表明,随着培养时间的延长,磷浓度对两株微藻的光合作用及生长均有显著影响(P<0.05)。球等鞭金藻3011和8701的Fv/Fm比值、叶绿素含量以及细胞密度均随着起始磷浓度的增加而增加,在290.4μmol/L处达到最大值;球等鞭金藻3011和8701进行光合作用和生长的最适磷浓度均为290.4μmol/L。
The effects of different P concentrations(0, 2. 27, 18. 15, 36.3, 72. 6 and 290. 4μM) on the maximal photochemical efficiency of PSII(Fv/Fm), chlorophyll contents and cell densities of two marine microalgae, Isochrysis galbana 3011 and 8701 are reported. The algae were obtained from the Microalgae Culture Center (MACC), the ocean university of China. The cultures were grown at 231 ℃, the salinity was adjusted to 31 by using distilled water, and the light intensity was 50001x. One-way analysis of variance showed that the P concentrations have significant effects on the photosynthesis and growth of the two microalgal strains with increasing culture age(P〈0.05). For Isochrysis galbana 3011 and 8701, the values of Fv/Fm, chlorophyll contents and cell densities, all increased with the increase of P concentrations and reached their highest values at 290. 4μM. Multiple comparison tests showed that the optimal P concentrations for the photosynthesis and growth of Isochrysis galbana 3011 and 8701 are both 290.4μM.
