孔雀NDV的分离鉴定

Isolation and Identification of NDV from Peacock

为对1例疑似新城疫病死孔雀进行确诊，采集病死孔雀的心、脾、肺制成匀浆，接种9～11日龄鸡胚进行病毒分离，并采用血凝和血凝抑制试验对分离病毒进行鉴定。结果表明，该孔雀死于新城疫。

A peacock died from suspecting Newcastle Disease. In order to diagnose the disease, the heart, spleen and lung of the peacock were homogenized to inoculate 9 - 11 days chicken embryos for isolating vires. Through HA and HI test, the isolated vires was identified Newcastle disease vires. So the peacock was diagnosed to die from Newcastle disease.
