摘要
太阳能作为一种实用的再生能源,越来越广泛地应用在一些特殊工作环境中。以研究卫星仿真测试用的电源为背景,在太阳能电池单体数学模型的基础上,设计了模拟太阳能电池I-U特性曲线的生成电路,详细分析了其工作原理。根据电源系统模拟器的设计要求,提出了一套完整的太阳能电池阵模拟器设计方案,并对该方案进行了软件仿真和硬件实验。实验结果验证了该方案的可行性,为今后进一步开发和研究太阳能电源系统打下了坚实的基础。
As one of the regenerated energy resources ,solar energy has got more and more application in many special fields.Some researchs on the satellite power system test bed were carried out.Based on the solar cell mathematic module,the circuit which can generate the solar cell's I-U character is proposed.In order to satisfy the design of the satellite power system simulator,an integrated design to complete the Solar Array Simulator (SAS) is introduced.At last, some simulative and experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of this design.And it can strongly support the further research on solar power system.
