帕罗西汀与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的对照研究

A double blind randomised study comparing paroxetine and amitriptyline in major depression

６０例ＨＡＭＤ（２１项版本）≥１８、符合ＤＳＭ—Ⅲ—Ｒ抑郁症诊断标准的患者，经６周随机、双盲、对照研究，ＨＡＭＤ、ＨＡＭＡ、ＣＧＩ、ＴＥＳＳ量表和临床疗效评定显示，帕罗西汀抗抑郁疗效肯定，显效率８３．３３％，与阿米替林７３．３４％相近，两者无显著差异。帕罗西汀治疗２周内见效，不良反应发生率和严重程度比阿米替林明显较少而轻。本研究证实，帕罗西汀是有效的抗抑郁剂，不良反应轻微。

Objective:To compare the efficacy and side effects between paroxetine and amitriptyline.Method:Sixty inpatients with major depression (DSM-Ⅲ-R) were recruited for the six week double blind randomised trial comparing paroxetine and amitriptyline.Symptom improvement and side effects were monitored with clinical evaluation,HAMD,HAMA,CGI and TESS.Results:There was no demonstrable difference in the efficacy between paroxetine and amitriptyline.The response rate was 83% for paroxetine and 73% for amitriptyline.Patients on paroxetine reported less side effects.Discussion:Paroxetine is an effective and well tolerated antidepressant.
