摘要
提出了一种高压IGBT串联用隔离驱动及其均压方法。简要介绍了光压隔离器(Photo Voltaic Insulator,简称PVI)的工作原理及参数,给出了采用PVI的串联IGBT隔离驱动电路及工作原理,详细阐述了采用PMOSFET的高压IGBT串联均压方法。最后,给出了上述PVI隔离驱动电路和PMOSFET均压方法在以双IGBT串联为调整管的高压恒流源中的均压效果,经实际测试其均压误差小于2%。
The series High Voltage Isolated Gate Bipole Transistor (HVIGBT) isolated drive and voltage balance method are researehed in the paper.h introduces the principle and the parameter of the Photo Voltaic Isolator (PVI) simply and presents the series HV IGBT modules drive circuit and work principle based on PVI.The experimental results verify its validity and reliability of this method in the constant current source design ,and its voltage balance error is less than 2%.
