哮喘控制测试在哮喘管理中的应用

Application of asthma control test in asthma management

目的调查哮喘的控制现状，评价哮喘控制测试（ACT）在哮喘管理中的应用。方法随机抽取呼吸科门诊和首次参加“哮喘之家”的哮喘患者共100例，采用问卷调查的方式收集哮喘患者发病的病情信息，同时进行ACT。结果调查的哮喘患者以老年和老年前期患者居多（62％）；病程长[（13±7）年]；合并症多；行肺功能检查者少（36％）；治疗不规范，长期持续吸人糖皮质激素者少（9％）。ACT平均分为（15±6）分，仅6％的患者达到了完全控制和良好控制。结论哮喘控制现状不容乐观，哮喘的教育和管理有待加强。ACT是一种简便有效的评估哮喘控制的方法，也是一项用以改善哮喘管理质量的新工具，值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the current situation of asthma control and efficiency of application of asthma control test （ACT） in asthma management. Methods One hundred patients came from respiratory clinic and fresh members of the＂Family of Asthma＂. Questionnaire survey was applied in collecting relevant informations such as course, treatment, complications and pulmonary function test. Meanwhile, ACT was also included in information collection. Results Most patients were aged （62%）. The patients had long average course [ （13±7）years ], high probabihty of comphcations and unprofessional treatment. The rate of patients who received pulmonary function test was 36%, and treated with inhaled corticosteroids （ICS） was 9%. Average scale of ACT was （ 15±6）cents, only several patients （6%） were completely or well controlled. Conclusions There is no reason to be optimistic in current situation of asthma control. Immediate actions should be taken to improve asthma management as well as relevant education. ACT, as an effective and convenient approach to evaluate asthma control, should be recommended and popularized.
