阻流筋结构对熔体挤出流动影响的数值分析

摘要 采用有限元数值分析和最优化设计理论相结合的方法,以挤出口模熔体流动的均匀性为评价指标,把基于参数化建模和有限元分析结果的优化设计方法作为分析工具,深入系统地分析了阻流筋结构对塑料异型材挤出时熔体流动均匀性的影响规律,指出阻流筋对调节熔体流动均匀性的效果是非常明显的,对于型材截面上相邻区域壁厚相差悬殊的情况,采用阻流筋结构是提高熔体挤出流动均匀性的有效措施。  The influencing rules of the structure of flow-resist rib on the flow uniformity of extruded melt for plastic profiles were analyzed systematically by using optimum design procedures such as parameterized modeling and finite element analysis method.The result shows that the adjusting effect of flow-resist rib on the melt flow uniformity is visible.For the extrusion forming of plastic profile with adjacent section having distinct different thickness,the application of flow-resist rib is very effective for increasing the flow uniformity of extruded melt.
