摘要
分析了薄壁不锈钢筒形件连续拉深工艺,采用圆锥形凹模和平凹模相结合的级进模结构,既可避免不锈钢筒薄壁拉深起皱和断裂现象,又保证零件尺寸精度。在有余热的软化退火板料上涂覆氯化石蜡润滑,使润滑剂均匀粘附在板料表面,润滑效果好。减少了中间退火工序,生产效率大大提高。
The process for continuously drawing a stainless steel thin-shell cylindrical part was analyzed.A progressive die combining conical die and flat die structure was developed,which avoids the formation of wrinkles and cracking phenomenon and can ensure the dimensional accuracy of the drawing part.Chlorinated paraffin wax was painted uniformly on the surface of the softening annealing metal sheet with remaining heat for lubrication.The interstage annealing procedure was reduced and the production efficiency was raised.
