摘要
运用Pro/E软件对塑件进行实体造型,并用Moldflow软件对塑料熔体的流动、冷却管路的布局、塑件翘曲变形进行了模拟分析,确定最优成形方案。介绍了盒形塑件注射模的结构,模具结构合理,生产的塑件质量优良。
The structure of an injection mould for a box-component was described. Using Pro/E software to create the solid modeling of the plastic part,and using Moldflow software to simulate and analyze the flow of plastic melt,the layout of cooling channel and the warpage of plastic box,for the purpose of designing an optimum forming process.Two cavities were arranged,and the pin-point structure and two-step parting structure were adopted in the mould,which ensures the manufacture of quality plastic boxes.
