摘要
2,4-二氧代-3-哌啶甲酸甲酯钠盐脱羧后与N-甲基苯肼缩合、环合、与4-羟甲基-5-甲基咪唑缩合,最后成盐制得盐酸阿洛司琼,总收率约40%。
Alosetron hydrochloride was synthesized from sodium methyl 2,4-dioxo-3-piperidinecarboxylate by hydrolytic decarboxylation condensation with N-methylphenylhydrazine, cyclization and condensation with 4-hydroxymethyl-5-methylimidazole with an overall yield of 40 %.
