富马酸伊布利特中有机溶剂残留量的顶空毛细管GC测定 被引量:2

Determination of Residual Organic Solvents in Ibutilide Fumarate by Capillary GC with Headspace Sampling

摘要 建立了顶空毛细管GC法同时测定富马酸伊布利特中甲醇、乙醇、二氯甲烷、丙酮、乙醚、四氢呋喃、吡啶7种有机溶剂的残留量。采用HP-1毛细管柱,FID检测器,水为溶剂。平均回收率分别为99.1%、98.9%、100.5%、97.9%、97.2%、98.6%、100.7%;RSD分别为1.84%、1.43%、1.66%、1.64%、1.99%、1.28%、3.52%。 A capilary GC method with headspace sampling was established for detemination of residual organic solvents-methanol, ethanol, dichloromethane, acetone, ethyl ether, tetrahydrofuran and pyridine in ibutilide fumarate. A HP-1 capillary column was used, with FID as detector and water as the solvent. The average recoveries were 99.1%, 98.9%, 100.5%, 97.9%, 97.2%, 98.6% and 100.7%, with RSDs of 1.84%, 1.43%, 1.66%, 1.64%, 1.99%, 1.28% and 3.52%, respectively.
