Research Status of Correlation Between Hypertension and Stroke Subtypes

高血压是脑卒中的最重要独立危险因素。然而高血压导致脑卒中各亚型发生的机理是不同的,其危险性也存在较大差异。现阐述高血压与脑卒中各亚型的关系以及降压治疗在脑卒中防治中的作用。

Hypertension is the most important independent risk factor leading to stroke. However, the etiopathogenesis of each stroke subtype caused by hypertension is different, and the risk of hypertension in each also varies. This article analyses and reviews the correlation between hypertension and each stroke subtype and the possible etiopathogenesis, the function of BP reduction in stroke prevention and BP control in acute phase of stroke.
