原发性高血压合并微量白蛋白尿的临床研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 原发性高血压人群微量白蛋白尿(microalbuminuria,MAU)的检出率较高。近年来的许多研究表明,MAU的发生不仅反应高血压早期肾损害,而且也是全身血管内皮细胞受损的重要标志之一。MAU是心血管疾病的新的独立危险因素,也是高血压心血管病的早期标志。有效控制血压,早期干预MAU,能够减少心血管并发症和死亡率。临床上应加强对高血压患者MAU的筛查及处理。 There is evidence that the presence of microalbuminuria in essential hypertension is much more widespread than expected. Recent data supports the hypothesis that microalbuminuria as a prognostic marker for renal risk and systemic vascular endothelial dysfunction. Microalbuminuria is now considered an integrated marker of cardiovascular risk and an excellent predictor of cardiovascular damage in hypertensive patients. Thus, effective treatment of hypertension and earlier intervention of microalbuminuria could reduce cardiovascular complications and mortality. Our findings lead us to recommend that clinics increase screening and treatment hypertensive patients with mieroalbuminuria.
