基层医院546例心力衰竭患者住院因素分析

摘要
近年来，随着社会老龄化的进展、高血压的有效控制和急性冠脉综合征溶栓、抗栓及介入治疗的联合应用，冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（简称冠心病）的死亡率已由60年代的30．0％降至6．0％，但心力衰竭的发病率不断升高，据人群流行病学调查和临床研究，估计心力衰竭的发病率为0．3％～2．0％。我们对入住我院的心力衰竭患者进行回顾性分析，旨在对心力衰竭患者心衰控制提供有效的预防措施。
