同种异体骨移植在全髋关节置换翻修术股骨侧重建中的应用
摘要
随着全髋关节置换术（THA）的广泛开展，需要进行翻修的患者也相应增加。Lie等报道，在挪威约11％登记在册的THA患者术后10年内需要翻修。在2000年，美国进行的183000例THA患者中，31000例患者（17％）为翻修手术。由于翻修手术中往往存在骨缺损，为了给翻修假体以有效的支撑，或为了给再次翻修准备足够的骨组织，骨缺损重建成为翻修手术中的一个重要问题，也是摆在骨科医生面前的一大难题。
