儿童腹膜后肿瘤血管骨骼化切除术后并发小肠套叠 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨儿童腹膜后肿瘤切除术后小肠套叠的潜在发病因素及预防措施。方法回顾2例腹膜后肿瘤切除术后小肠套叠患儿病例资料,1例为腹膜后巨大畸胎瘤行肿瘤血管骨骼化切除及肠系膜上动脉导管扩张术,术后5d出现腹胀,腹部X线检查提示小肠中高位不全性梗阻。1例为腹膜后巨大神经节细胞瘤行肿瘤血管骨骼化切除术,术后6d出现腹胀,右腹部包块,轻压痛,B超提示肠套叠。结果两例患儿均再次行剖腹探查手术,术中发现均为回-回型小肠套叠,1例距屈氏韧带50cm,另1例距屈氏韧带75cm,均手法整复获得成功,术后3~4d自行排便,痊愈出院。结论儿童腹膜后区域手术存在术后肠套叠的潜在发病因素,临床工作中应提高警惕,加以预防。
