摘要
简述知识管理的概念,叙述图书馆隐性知识的作用及其图书馆隐性知识管理的绩效评价的意义,构建了一套图书馆隐性知识管理绩效评价的指标体系,应用模糊数学中模糊综合评价方法,对图书馆隐性知识管理绩效进行综合评价,并运用"最大隶属度"原则,评价出图书馆隐性知识管理的绩效状况。
The article briefly relates the concept of the knowledge management,the function of the latent knowledge of library and the significance of the evaluation of the latent knowledge management performance.It has structured a set of the target system of the evaluation of the Latent knowledge management,and it has comprehensively evaluated the function of the latent knowledge of library with the synthetic appraisement method and has also evaluated the performance situation of the latent knowledge management of library with the principle of the maximum degree of subordination.
