摘要
在自制的单晶高温度梯度定向凝固炉中,用带引晶器的单晶模壳制备出CuAlNiBe四元形状记忆合金系的单晶,并对其性能特性作了系统研究。结果表明,CuAlBNiBe四元形状记忆合金系的单晶比多晶具有更好的力学性能和优异的形状记忆性能。组织的有序化以及合金元素Ni、Be的加入是其性能改善的原因。
A set of directional solidifieation equipment with high temperature gradient and a erystallizer of speeial shape were designed. By this divice, a single crystal of the CuA1NiBe shape memory alloy (SMA) was prepared successfully,the properties were investigated systemly. The results show that the SME of CuA1BeNi shape memory alloys with single crystal are better than commen casting; the maily reson lies in ordering structure and addition element of Ni and Be.
