摘要 选取到一种土壤菌——菌株A,利用其在底物诱导下产生的酶化作用,分解产生CO32-,矿化固结土壤中的有效态重金属(以Cd2+的处理为代表),使其沉积为稳定态的碳酸盐;对被复合重金属(Cd、Cu、Pb、Zn等)污染的土壤样进行微生物修复的实验中,有效态重金属去除率达50%~70%,环境友好,工艺简单,实用价值高,以期应用于重金属污染土壤中的活性态重金属的处理,防止重金属污染物进入生物链下游,保障人类生存安全。 Availability heavy metal ions (represented by Cd^2+) in the soil were minerahzed as stable carbonate by the CO^2-3 decompounded by the enzyme effect of one soil bacteria-bacterial strain A induced by the substrate in this research. The rate that from 50% to 70% of the availability heavy metal ions in the sample of soil, which contaminated by Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn etc, was demineralized in the microbe remediation experiment. Remedying soil contamination by microbe has high usable value with its environment friendly property and the simple technique. Thus the method can be used to dispose the availability heavy metal in the contaminated soil for avoiding the heavy metal pollutant into the human body by way of the food chain.
