成都地区正常男性中老年人血清apo B100含量与脂质及apoAⅠ、AⅡ、CⅡ、CⅢ、E的关系

Relation of Serum Apolipoprotein B100 Levels to Lipids and Apolipoproteins AⅠ, AⅡ, CⅡ, CⅢ and E Levels in the Middle and Old Age Normal Males in Chengdu Area

为研究血清ａｐｏＢ１００与血清ＴＧ、ＴＣ、ＨＤＬ－Ｃ、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ及ａｐｏＡⅠ、ＡⅡ、ＣⅡ、ＣⅢ和Ｅ的关系，对４３８例４０～７０岁正常男性中老年人空腹１２～１４小时的血清ＴＧ、ＴＣ、ＨＤＬ－Ｃ、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ及ａｐｏＢ１００、ＡⅠ、ＡⅡ、ＣⅡ、ＣⅢ和Ｅ的水平进行了全面的分析。结果表明，血清ａｐｏＢ１００水平为７４２．５±１６５．８ｍｇ／Ｌ，且有随年龄上升的趋势。其中５组及６组的ａｐｏＢ１００水平比１、２、３、４组均显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。血清脂质水平（ｘ±ｓ，ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ）：ＴＧ为１．３９±０．４５、ＴＣ为４．７９±０．８２、ＨＤＬ－Ｃ为１．６２±０．４０、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ为２．６５±０．８１，且５组及６组的ＴＧ、ＴＣ、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ水平均比１、２、３、４组显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。相关分析表明：血清ａｐｏＢ１００与血清ＴＧ、ＴＣ、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ及ａｐｏＣⅡ、ＣⅢ和Ｅ均呈显著正相关（Ｐ＜０．００１）；与ＨＤＬ－Ｃ呈显著负相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。以上结果提示：中老年男性，尤其是６０～７０岁年龄段的血清ａｐｏＢ１００水平与血清脂质及ａｐｏＣⅡ、ＣⅢ和Ｅ有密切的关系。

This study was conducted in 438 normal men aged 40 70. The age groups were:40 44, 45 49, 50 54, 55 59, 60 64, and 65 70. The results showed that the serum apolipoproteins levels ( ±s, mg/L) were: B100 levels 742.5±165.8, AⅠ 1301.2±219.9, AⅡ 299.4±49.0, CⅡ 42.7±21.4, CⅢ 113.3±34.0 and E 38.7±8.2. The levels of serum apoB100 increased with age. The serum apoB100 levels in the 5th and 6th age groups were significantly higher as compared with the groups 1,2,3 and 4( P <0.05 and P <0.05). The fasting serum mean TG (1.39 ±0.45mmol/L), TC(4.79± 0.82mmol/L) and LDC C(1.62±0.40mmol/L levels in the groups 5 and 6 were significantly higher as compared with the groups 1, 2, 3 and 4( P <0.01). Serum apoCⅡ, CⅢ and E levels were significantly increased in the groups 5, 6 ( P <0.05). The correlation analysis indicated that there was a positive correlation of apoB100 with serum TG, TC, LDL C, apoCⅡ, CⅢ and E respectively ( P <0.01); and a negative correlation with HDL C levels ( r =0.1312); and apoB100 correlated negatively with apoAⅠ( r =-0.0706). The results suggest that serum TG, TC, LDL C, apoCⅡ, CⅢ and E are the main factors related with the serum apoB100 levels.
