不同外源激素对杂交鹅掌楸扦插生根过程中内源激素变化的影响 被引量:25

Effect of Different Exogenous Hormones on Changes of Endogenous Hormones in Hybrid Tulip Tree during Rooting Process

摘要 以经NAA、NAA+IBA和NAA+BA处理后的杂交鹅掌楸插穗为材料,应用酶联免疫吸附分析法(ELISA),研究其在春季扦插生根过程中5种内源激素的变化。结果表明:外源激素提高了插穗生根率,生根性状得以改善,其中以NAA+BA处理为最优。生根过程中,IAA、ZRs和iPAs共同对愈伤组织的形成起作用,GA4则对根原基的形成起作用。所有激素都不能降低ABA质量分数,但会使ABA质量分数变化更为活跃。生根率和生根时间接近的NAA处理和NAA+IBA处理插穗的内源激素变化规律相似。NAA+BA降低了IAA质量分数,但使iPAs和ZRs质量分数显著增加,并促使iPAs、ZRs和GA4质量分数顶峰提前到来,这是NAA+BA处理后插穗生根能力显著提高的重要原因。 The cuttings of hybrid tulip (Liriodendron chinense xh tulipifera) were used as materials after treated with NAA, NAA + IBA and NAA + BA. Changes of five endogenous hormones in cuttings during the rooting process were studied by means of ELISA. Result indicated that different exogenous hormones, especially the NAA + BA, increased the rooting rate and improved the root characteristics of cuttings. IAA, ZRs and iPAs were all participated in callus-forming, while GA4 took an important role on root primordium formation. All exogenous hormone could not decrease the contents of ABA, while the fluctuations of ABA were more active compared with the control. The fluctuations of endogenous hormones were similar between NAA treatment and NAA + IBA treatment for they had similar rooting rates and similar rooting time. NAA + BA decreased the content of IAA, while it could enhance the contents of iPAs, ZRs and promote the climaxes of iPAs, ZRs and GA4 coming early, which are accounted for the improvement of rooting ability after treated with NAA + BA.
