摘要
利用化学镀法在桦木单板表面沉积Ni-P合金镀层制得镀镍桦木单板。测试了镀层与单板表面的结合强度,对比分析测试了镀镍前后单板的抗拉强度、胶合强度、表面润湿性及导热性,同时还分析了其环境适应性(如抗低温、耐高温和耐腐蚀等性能)。结果表明,镀层与单板表面的结合非常牢固,经表面镀镍后,抗拉强度和表面耐磨性有所提高,胶合强度和表面润湿性稍有下降,导热性能显著提高。镀镍桦木单板具有良好的抗低温、耐高温和耐腐蚀性能,能够满足实际应用的要求。
Ni-P alloy was deposited on the surface of birch veneer to obtain nickel plated veneer with the function of electromagnetic shielding. Bonding strength of the coating layer with birch veneer surface was measured, and physical properties and environment adapting properties of plated and un-plated veneers were analysed, including tensile strength, bonding strength, surface wettability, thermal conducting property, low-temperature resistance, heat-resistance and corrosion-resistance. Result shows that the coating layer is firmly bonded with wood surface. It was found that tensile strength and surface abrasiveness increase and bonding strength and surface wettability decrease a little; however, thermal conducting property improves noticeably. Nickel plated birch veneers have good low-temperature resistance, heat-resistance and corrosion-resistance, which can meet the actual needs.
