摘要
利用超声波法提取切花菊红色素,并研究了超声提取的温度、时间、物料比等因素对菊红色素提取率的影响,得出了最佳的提取条件:在温度为60℃,功率为175W,料液比为1∶30的提取条件下,超声提取30min,提取率最大。
An experiment was conducted to study the effects of extraction temperature, extraction time and ratio of material to solvent on the extraction efficiency of red pigment from Dendranthema grandiflora by ultrasonic wave. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as extraction temperature 60 degree C, extraction power 175 W, ratio of material to solvent 1 : 30, and extraction for 30 minutes. The extraction efficiency of red pigment under this conditions is the maximum.
