摘要
对超临界CO2环境中高粘熔体缩聚过程的研究现状与进展进行了综述,详细列举了聚酯、聚碳酸酯、及尼龙66为代表的超临界CO2高粘熔体/固相缩聚过程的研究方法与结果。在对近年来的研究状况和结果进行总结归纳后,认为超临界CO2对高粘熔体缩聚过程的增强作用机理可归结为:对过程热力学平衡推动力的增强和动力学传质速率的增强这两个方面。
The new research advances in the technologies of melt phase polycondensation and swollen solid phase polycondensation due to the presence of supercritical COz were reviewed. The effects of supercritical CO2 on the melt phase polycondensation and the solid phase polycondensation with respect to the production of polyester, polycarbonate, and nylon-66 were discussed. Significant advantages of using supercritical CO2 in improving the polycondensation kinetic rates and/or increasing the molecular weight of the resultant products were demonstrated in the above mentioned systems . It is concluded that the mechanism via which supercritical CO2 can significantly improve the polycondensation processes is that the presence of supercritical CO2 enhances both of the thermodynamic equilibrium driving force and the dynamic mass transport rate.
