摘要
采用壳聚糖和蒙脱土合成了纳米复合材料,考察了不同pH值壳聚糖溶液、反应温度、反应时间和壳聚糖与蒙脱土摩尔比对复合材料有机化程度的影响,用IR和XRD对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,随着壳聚糖量的增加,壳聚糖/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的结构由插层型结构向剥离型结构转变。随着有机化程度的增加,纳米复合材料对阴离子染料刚果红的吸附量也相应增大。
A series of chitosan/montmorillonite nanoeomposites with different organic degree were prepared. The effects of the pH value of chitosan solution, reaction temperature, reaction time and the molar ratio of chitosan to montmorillonite on organic degree of nanocomposites were investigated. The results from IR spectra and X-ray diffraction indicate that the structure of nanocomposites is changed from intercalated nanostructure to exfoliatede nanostructure with increasing chitosan content. The adsorption capacities of chitosan/montmorillonite nanocomposites for Congo Red dye increase with increase of chitosan content.
