高校思想政治工作与心理健康教育工作存在结合的可能性。辅导员在开展思想政治工作中借鉴心理辅导的方法与技术,会增强高校思想政治教育的科学性与实效性,同时有利于促进高校心理咨询的健康发展。文章主要从四个方面具体论述辅导员在进行思想政治教育中如何融入心理健康教育的理念与方法,从而将工作做得更加深入和科学。

It has the possibility of combining the ideological and political education with the mental health education. The counsellors, who apply the psychological guidance to the ideological and political work, can make the idealogical and political work more scientific and effective. The thesis explains the methods of applying the psychological guidance to the work of ideological and political education from four aspects so that the work can be done well and scientifically.
