Structure Analysis of the Reciprocating Seal Ring in Fracturing Pump

柱塞密封寿命是压裂泵性能好坏的一个重要指标,密封材料和密封结构是决定密封副寿命的两个关键因素。文章从柱塞与密封圈接触应力构成的角度出发,分析研究压裂泵V形往复密封圈结构参数对接触应力的影响,对密封结构参数进行了优化,为密封圈的结构设计提供理论依据。

The life-span of the plunger and seal is an important index for evaluating the performance of a fracturing pump while the material and the structure of the seal ring are two vital factors.This paper focuses on the contacting stress between the plunger and the seal ring,and analyzes the effect of the seal ring structure parameters on the contacting stress.At the same time,the structure of the seal ring is optimized.It provides theoretical support for the structure design of the seal ring.
