摘要
生态需水量是实现水资源合理规划与配置的重要因素。要保证水资源可持续利用,必须保证河流足够的生态需水量。本文阐述了水电工程的河流生态需水类型及其计算方法,以薛城水电站的生态需水量计算为实例,论述了小水电开发中的生态需水量问题。经计算表明:薛城电站闸址处泻流2.27 m3/s,可满足杂谷脑河薛城电站段的生态需水。
In order to utilize water resource continuously,ecological water amount of fluvial resource should be kept.This paper describes the fluvial ecological water requirement types and the calculation method in water-power engineering,discusses the theory of calculation.The Fluvial Ecological Water Requirements issue is presented by taking the ecological water requirement calculation for Xuecheng waterpower Station as a typical example.Careful calculation performed shows that the velocity of flow is 2.27 m3/s at brake spot in Xuecheng waterpower station,which meets the Ecological Water Requirements of Xuecheng waterpower station section in the Zagunao River.
