摘要
在分析炼油厂硫的流向及分布的基础上,介绍炼油厂SO_2排放源及其分类。依据SO_2排放的环保控制要求,提出炼油厂SO_2排放控制方法:首先应采用加氢或IGCC等清洁工艺,提高全厂硫回收率,从源头削减SO_2排放量;对于硫磺回收尾气和催化裂化再生烟气等工艺废气,应从工艺入手,采用高效硫磺回收工艺,对催化裂化原料进行加氢预处理,采用硫转移剂等,减少其SO_2排放量。
On the basis of analysis of the sulfur conversion and distribution in crude oil processing, the sources and types of sulfur dioxide emissions in refinery are discussed. Main control measures of sulfur dioxide emissions in refinery are presented according to the environmental specifications of sulfur dioxide emission.
