肿瘤分子细胞遗传学技术的进展及其在食管癌中的应用

摘要 荧光原位杂交(fluorescence in situ hybridization,FISH)是一种快速,有效的分子细胞遗传学技术,已广泛用于分子生物学和肿瘤遗传学的研究。在此基础上,又发展了许多新的技术,并已成为非常重要的研究手段。这些分子遗传细胞学技术应用于食管癌的研究中弥补了传统显带技术的不足,筛选和发现了与食管癌发生相关的重要标记染色体及其基因,并且在食管癌诊断、分期、转移、预后及治疗研究中的应用也得到了广泛的应用。 Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) is a kind of quick and effective molecular cytogenetics technique, and widely used in molecular biology and tumor genetics' investigation. Based on this, there is a host of new technique development, for instance, multicolor fluorescence in situ hy- bridization (M-FISH), comparative genomic hybridization (CGH), array-CGH and already become to very important method of research. These techniques have been widely used in diagnosis, staging, metastasis, prognosis and treatment of esophageal carcinoma.
