摘要
本文采用分子生物学方法,观察了NOSmRNA在Wistar大鼠DND模型中的表达,对NO与DND模型中PCD的关系进行了研究。结果发现:NOSmRNA在正常组织中即存在,缺血期可能是表达高峰期。提示:NO在DND过程中可能是启动PCD死亡基因,导致选择性易损神经细胞发生PCD的重要外在因素之一。
We observed the expressive way of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) mRNA in the delayed neuronal death(DND) model of Wistar rats, with the method of molecular biology, in order to study on the relation between nitric oxide(NO) and grogrammed cell death(PCD) in DND. The results demonstrated: NOS mRNA exists in the normal cerebral tissue and may be have over expressed in the ischemia phase. Conclusion:NO, as one of reactive oxygen species, is one of the important external factors that may switch on death gene of PCD and induct PCD to neurons of selective vulnerability in DND process.
