The paper begins with putting forth the contributory third party of agent or user and the contributory third party of direct aggrieved party. Then follows the theory of in what situation the aggrieved party should carry the responsibility for the contributory third party. Finally the paper points out the defects of legislation of our country and puts forward the suggestions.
