讯问笔录是由侦查人员制作的法定诉讼文书。严格依法制作讯问笔录,对于收集证据线索、打击犯罪具有重要意义。为保证讯问笔录的制作质量,在制作时应掌握全局,做好审、记配合,突出重点,加强书写,全面提高记录人员的制作技巧和素质。
The record of inquires is the official litigation document made by investigators. Making record of inquires according to law is of significance to strictly collect evidence and crack down criminals. To ensure the quality of record of inquires, we should grasp the overall situation, coordinate inquest and record, stress emphasis, strengthen writing, improve comprehensively recorders＇ making techniques and quality.
