摘要
我国新型劳动关系的建立,从严格意义上讲始于劳动法的颁布,在这十多年间,由于种种体制原因,劳动关系的主导权始终掌握在所有者和管理者手中,致使现阶段劳动关系存在着某些缺陷,劳动者的合法权益还不能得到切实有效的维护。为使工会更好的发挥维权作用,必须把劳动关系的主导权掌握在工会和广大职工的手中,为此工会在构建劳动关系和谐企业中,一方面要完善四项基本制度;另一方面要建立一套内外补充的长效、完善的维权机制。
Formation of a new type of labor relations dates from the promulgation of Labor Law of the People's Republic of China. At present stage, the legitimate rights and interest of laborers are not be effectively safeguarded for a variety of reasons. To bring into play the role of trade unions and establish the harmonious labor relations, it is necessary to make the leading positions of union organization and laborers in the labor relations definite. Moreover, it is of importance to improve the Four Cardinal Systems and develop the effective and perfect protection system.
