摘要
首都职工素质教育工程是围绕"首都经济"发展战略,以提高劳动者综合素质为主要任务,以全市职工为受教育主体,以业余或脱产学习为主要方式,对在职职工进行政治、文化、科学、技术、业务方面的教育和培训为主要内容的职工教育活动。借助新闻传播完成这一工程的品牌塑造、认同和推广,在企业、职工和社会树立首都职工素质教育工程品牌形象,是当前亟待解决的现实问题。
Quality-oriented education program for capital workers is the form of on-the-job training on politics, culture, science and technique. Its major task is to increase the comprehensive competence of laborers, and to give impetus to the economic growth. It is of great significance to make full use of the news media to develop and popularize the brand of the program. What's more, it is the problem demanding prompt solution.
