胸部CT在矽肺诊断中的价值

Value of chest CT in the diagnosis of silicosis

目的了解矽肺的CT特征和CT诊断价值。方法对126例矽肺患者的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果126例患者CT清晰地显示小结节、肺气肿、小叶间隔增厚、纤维化、块状影及其他病变。

To study the CT features and its value for silicosis, Methods 126 cases of silicosis examined both by routine CT were analyzed retrospectively. ResUllts The features including nodules,thickening of interlobular septum,emphysema, diffuse fibrosis,mass shadows and other lesions were showed on CT imaging in 126 cases. Conclusion CT is of great importance to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of silicosis.
