儿复康治疗反复呼吸道感染患儿49例临床观察

The Clinical Observation on 49 Cases of Repeated Respiratory Infections in Children Treated with "Er-fu-kang

儿复康（由人参、黄芪、白术等７味药物组成）是在四川省人民医院名老中医熊梦周儿科主任医师临床验方基础上，根据先安其未受邪之地的治疗大法而研制的治疗反复呼吸道感染患儿的纯中药制剂。经４９例临床观察，结果显示：痊愈２５例，显效１２例，有效１２例，总显效率为７５．５％。胸腺肽对照组治疗３０例，结果总显效率为４０．３％。两组总显效率比较，有高度统计学意义Ｐ＜０．０１。患儿自身治疗前后ＩｇＡ和淋巴细胞亚群检测结果显示：儿复康有提高患儿免疫机能的作用。

Er-fu-kang'was a new pure Chinese herbal preparation,which was based on studying and summing up the passed famous TCM pediative expert——Xiong Mengzhou's clinical efficacious formulas,and rested on the rules that treatments must aming at the root cause of the disease.49 cases of repeated respiratory infections in children were treated with 'Er-fu-kang'.The results shown that 25 cases were recovery ,12 remarkable effective ,12 effective and the excellent effective rate was 75.5%.Meanwhile,30 cases treated with Thymopentine as control group and the total excellent effective was 40%.There were statistical differences to the two groups(P<0.01).Whereas,the results of detecting these patients's IgA and Lymphocytic subgenus before and after treatment suggested that 'Er-fu-kang'could improve these children's immunne function .
