灵芝煎剂灌胃对鹅膏毒蕈中毒兔肝的保护作用及其机制 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨灵芝煎剂治疗鹅膏毒蕈中毒的解毒机制。方法:用新西兰白兔20只分为4组,第1组为空白对照组,采用生理盐水灌胃;第2组为中毒模型组,用鹅膏毒蕈毒素灌胃;第3,4组均为灵芝煎剂治疗组,用鹅膏毒蕈毒素灌胃后,分别用不同浓度灵芝煎剂灌胃,然后测定肝功能及用紫外分光光度法测定各组中毒兔的肝细胞RNA多聚酶的活性。结果:中毒模型组肝细胞RNA多聚活性明显低于空白对照组,灵芝煎剂治疗组兔肝细胞RNA多聚酶活性明显高于对照组,同时治疗组Ⅰ,Ⅱ之间还显现出量效关系(P<0.01),肝功能指标中的总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DB)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)亦有明显差异。结论:灵芝煎剂对鹅膏毒蕈中毒肝有明显保护作用,其机制可能与提高肝细胞RNA多聚酶活性有关。 Objective To investigate the mechanism of glossy ganoderma decoction in Amanita mushroom poisoning. Methods Twenty male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, including a normal control, a model poison group, and 2 treatment groups (different doses of glossy ganoderma decoction ). The activities of hepatocyte RNA polymerase were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and liver function were measured. Results The activities of hepatocyte RNA polymerase of the model group significantly decreased, and those of the 2 treatment groups were significantly higher than those of the model group. There was a dose-dependent manner between the 2 treatment groups ( all Ps 〈 0.01 ) , and the differences of liver function test including total bilirubin (TBIL) , direct bilirubin ( DB ) , total bile acid ( TBA ) , and alanine aminotransferase ( ALT ) in the 4 groups were significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Glossy ganoderma decoction may protect the liver from Amanita mushroom poisoning. Its mechanism may be related to the increase of the activities of hepatocyte RNA polymerase.
