Decision-making Models of Logistics Outsourcing in the Enterprise

本文基于物流服务项目对企业的影响,建立了企业是自营还是外包,外包哪些物流服务项目的决策模型,并创造性地将产业组织理论纳入物流外包决策框架中讨论几种有代表性的决策模型,并指出其特点及存在的问题,旨在为后来使用者明确方向,也为模型使用者提供借鉴。

Based on the impact of project over enterprise owing to logistics, many enterprises are in the dilemma of selfrunning or logistics outsourcing, and how to make outsourcing model. This paper puts industrial organization theory into the decision-making framework of it. Several typical decision-making models are discussed, and the features and defects are pointed out aiming to guilt the subsequent and provide reference for users of the models.
