摘要
在FDM快速成型系统中,由PLC负责向控制三轴运动的步进电机驱动器发送脉冲和方向信号,以及相关开关量的控制。加工数据和控制信号通过PC/PPI电缆由上位工控机传送给PLC。在该通信系统中,利用Microsoft Visual C++的通信控件MSComm编写上位机通信程序,下位机利用PLCS7-226的自由口通信模式编写程序。
In FDM rapid prototype system, pulses and direction signals have been sent to step motor drivers by PLC which control three axes move and control some interrelated switch signals.The control signals and process data have been sent to PLC by IPC with PC/PPI cable.In the communication system,IPC communication program has been edited by communication control MSComm of the Microsoft Visual C++, while the PLC communication program has been edited by free port communication mode of the PLC S7-226.
