摘要肝脏炎性假瘤（Inflammatroy pseudotumor of theliver，IPL）是一种少见的良性病变，常与肝内其他结节及肿块病变相混淆。该病变1953年首先由Pack等报道^[1]。随着影像学检查技术发展及对该病变认识的提高，近10余年来国内外报道逐渐增多^[2,3,4,5]。现将近年来肝脏假瘤的CT研究进行综述，以提高诊断水平。
