摘要
介绍了塔式起重机起重臂优化设计的数学模型以及起重臂有限元模型的建立,论述了通过遗传算法结合ansys有限元分析软件进行起重臂优化设计的方法,结合模拟退火算法思想,对遗传算法作了改进,以保证其全局收敛。最后通过计算实例表明该方法高效可行,优化结果可直接作为工程设计的参考。
Mathematic model and finite element model of tower crane boom are established. A tower crane boom optimal design method based on genetic algorithm and finite element analysis software is discussed. The improved genetic algorithm combined simulated annealing algorithm and can realize global convergence. Actual calculation shows that the method is feasible and efficient and the optimal results can be served as reference to engineering design.
