摘要
大学生诚信教育是构建和谐社会中的一项具有战略意义的工程,但成效甚微,原因在于缺乏可行的制度建设。从现实和逻辑出发,有必要建立由诚信档案制度、信用制度、诚信激励机制、信息公开制度、诚信教育的评价制度等组成的制度体系。
The honest and credit education of college students is a strategic project in building harmonious society. Resulting from lacking of feasible institution, it has little effect on college students. Being in accord with actuality and logic, it is necessary to build institution system which consists of students＇ personal honest file system, credit system, good faith encouraging system, system of information publicity and evaluation system of honest and credit education, efc.
